The idea for 86 really started in the back of a busy Sydney sandwich shop, where flavour had to hit hard and fast—because if the sauce wasn’t next-level, the whole thing fell flat. After years of mixing and tweaking we created the perfect punch. Years later we looked at the mayo aisle and thought: why is this still the same stuff from decades ago? So we recreated our own for you. 86 is everything we wanted mayo to be—bold, rich, and built for real flavour.

86? It's code for sold out.

In professional kitchens, “86” means you’re sold out. No more. Nada. All gone. Back in our Sydney sandwich shop it was constantly in use because when the flavour hit right, our dishes flew. We were 86’ing sauces, sandwiches, the lot. That rush? That demand? It stuck with us. So when we recreated the mayo that started it all, we called it 86. Because it’s made to move. Made to disappear into mouth. Made to tingle your tastebuds, it doesn’t sit around..
