Shipping Info

We pack fast.
Orders ship within 48 hours of purchase via PostNL or its European partners. Shipping time depends on the final destination and local carrier performance.

Returns & Refunds

We stand behind our product. If something’s off, here’s what to do:

• If the product doesn’t meet our quality standards and 86 is at fault, we’ll refund you.
  

• If it just wasn’t your thing, returns are possible—just email us first at robin.dijkstra@86-mayo.com to start the process.
  
  

All refund and return requests are reviewed case by case. We keep it fair.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Changed your mind? You can cancel or modify your order as long as it hasn’t shipped yet. After that, it’s in the mayo gods’ hands.
